Business Hours & Scheduling Information

Please keep these important pointers and policies in mind when scheduling!

In order to provide the most appropriate care for every client, all services are by appointment only.

 

  • On-Site services at the White Lotus Wholistic Wellness Co-Op location are scheduled no less than 3 calendar days in advance.

 

  • Please arrive timely, if not early, to your first session for consultation and review of the intake paperwork. This is in order to best plan safe and effective services that are customized to your current needs and requests. If you did not print and complete your intake form, please arrive no less than 15 minutes early to complete them before consultation and treatment may begin. Then, your consultation and dressing time will require about 15 minutes total of the planned session time.

 

  • Appointments after the initial visit, we will continue to allot 15 minutes of your session time as your consultation and dressing time (both pre- and post-service dressing). This can fluctuate as needed for more or less conversation.

 

  • Late & No-Show Policy Highlights: Clients are allotted their dressing time as late arrival flexibility, up to 14 minutes past the planned start-time before they are considered a No-Show. These 14 minutes will be used for your consultation and dressing/undressing. The treatment time will be adjusted to ensure your initial end-time is met. At the 15th minute past the planned session start time, your session will be canceled and billed the No-Show fee equal to the cost of the planned treatment. This is because otherwise, there will not be enough time to complete the planned service and prepare the room in time for the next client's start time.   • Sessions are booked with me - your practitioner - directly, which keeps things personable, flexible, and maintains low costs for everyone! Please send written appointment requests for tracking purposes - via email at MoonwingMassage@outlook.com or text message at 618.444.8986, to get the ball rolling!

 

  • We are a cash and e-payment only business, this is to keep costs low. New clients will be required to Venmo or CashApp the cost of their first appointment or provide their gift card number upon booking, in order to reserve their session. There is a $5 discount for paying ahead for appointments at the time of booking.

 

  • Frequent flyer? Many are! Ask about our punch card program to earn free credits!

 

  • You should receive your Intake packet from MoonwingMassage@outlook.com within 48 hours of booking, or, you can print it from the 'Required Forms' tab on this site.

 

  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and operate as non-expiring credits at purchase-value. The original card or certificate must be presented prior to service in order to begin treatment. This eliminates concerns where false or IOU gift cards cause income loss to the therapist and where potentially dangerous services are accidentally gifted to someone, or an individual prefers a different available service than the one received. Help us keep things safe for everyone! 

 

***FREE*** Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Student Practicum Sessions

  • Come dressed comfortably, like you're ready for a nap!
  • This is intended to be a light and cozy experience (no judgment whether that's old sweats, yoga gear, flannel, or footies)
  • Feel free to bring your favorite pillow and throw blanket as they may be able to be used during portions or all of the treatment.

 

Traveling Services:

  • Email us today to see if your location is within our travel area!

 

  • Traveling client services are scheduled no less than 1 week in advance.

 

  • There is an additional $25 traveling fee for locations farther than 5 miles from the on-site location in Swansea. This covers fuel and the therapist's commute time to and from the session.

 

  • Traveling sites will require a 10 foot by 10 foot open space for a table massage or a 5 foot by 5 foot space for a seated chair massage. Setup and cleanup will require 15 minutes each. Intake forms should be completed, submitted, and reviewed by the therapist before setting up for the appointment, in order to ensure the proper equipment and materials are prepared.

 

  • Business/Facility services will be seated massages, the space required is 5 feet by 5 feet. A chair-event sign-up sheet and waiver should be completed and submitted to the therapist before participants may receive treatment.
